Hello, I had septoplasty and adenoidectomy (no turbinoplasty) 4 months back, but still I am facing difficulty breathing although its normal sometimes, whenever I swallow it feels mucus going inside throat, this mucus is causing difficulty in breathing, on physical consultation with a local ent, on examination he says my recovery is well, and nasal passage is clear, he then said that my nasal passage is completely clear, he then gave me fluticasone ft spray fir 1 month. Please suggest me what should be done I feel this mucus id causing a problem for me as I feel mucus running down throat on swallowing. Please suggest what should be done, should I use steam inhalation and ehat other measures should be taken, please guide me through this tough times.
